    A year ago this sounded so foreign to me. Now it makes perfect sense. It helps to listen more than once and actually apply what you learn with guidance from someone like Jamel! Thank you for sharing this information with us!

    Hello. How does your VA's get the leads to call? Do you find the list yourself through something like propstream and then give the list to your va's to call or do the va's have access to propstream and find the leads to call themselves? Thanks.

    If you go through all those methods to get a lead, what does each lead end up costing?

    • @jamelgibbs
      @jamelgibbs  5 лет назад +2

      Generally speaking, we spend about $150 - $200 cost per lead. Maybe I’ll do a video on this at a late date. Great question.

      You mentioned contacting 100-200 potential sellers with your virtual assistant. How much are you paying your virtual assistant? Also, as a newbie investor what other ways could I try to scale my business if money and time is limited?

    • @jamelgibbs
      @jamelgibbs  5 лет назад +1

      @@blackman3386 Great questions. I pay my VA's $4 per hour plus a bonus per deal. Maybe I'll do a video on this sometime. Also, in business you'll definitely need to sacrifice something... it will be either time or money. One or the other. If you have no time, then you need to use funds to generate leads. If you don't have money, then you need to put some time in. There are some creative ways to getting this done like borrowing money, taking on partners, offering commission only positions, going with less expensive marketing methods, etc. Maybe I'll do a video on this as well.

    good stuff. Where do you find good virtual assistants for $4/hr and how much bonus do you offer? And where do you get databases of distressed properties?
