@17:47 Google street image was captured in Jan 2019, and this video was done in Dec 2020. Almost 2 years later. the BIG question is - will the condition of the home still be the same 2 years later? The condition could be better or worse! My point is using data that 2 years old to D4$ is inaccurate.
Some properties I can't find on my tax assessor's site so I'll use others you stated or skip tracing. If not I'll physically go to the assessor's office. They help with no problem.
I'm BRAND NEW to this and find your information very useful. I'm wondering how often Google Maps is updated to accurately reflect those houses that may be vacant but perhaps weren't at time of photo.
This is from Google: The satellite data on Google Maps is typically between 1 to 3 years old. According to the Google blog, data updates usually happen about once a month, but they may not show real-time images.
This could be a stupid question but what do the N, H, and D's stand for on the tax assessor website? I'm assuming the N is no (but wanted to verify if this was correct)....but what are the H's and D's?
GREAT IDEA.I AM GOING TO USE THIS METHOD TO FIND ABSENTEE OWNERS IN MY MARKET.I HAVE A MELISSA DATA ACCOUNT, BUT I HAD NOT FIGURED OUT HOW TO USE IT FOR FREE YET.THIS IS A GAME CHANGER FOR ME.OFF AND RUNNING NOW.GONE.
This was every helpful. I got up to the part with the tax assessor and had to stop because for some reason they cant find the street address. But Thank you so much.
I’m doing this now and was able to follow along until netronline and searching for property search. Assessor didn’t pull up for me and what did I didn’t know how to apply this. Jtm, im a newbie rei and so how do i correct for Florida duval?
Good content. I have a question. If we have funds to purchase an Absentee Owner list. Should I do that? Or is there still a benefit to using the Online Driving for Dollars method?.....thanks!
Hi sir, I'm speaking from Brazil and I'm in love with this market and um studying hard to get in, I'd like to know if there is any change you to give me or help me find a job, please lemme know, I'm very interesting to grow! Just think about it
@@jamelgibbs a little reverse, you pull up the google map of the area you want say zipcode 32507. Zoom in find the strret name and entrr that intp spokeo and it will give you a list of every house number on that street. then use tax assesor site
Now this is GAME right here! Thanks man. Just made my journey so much more time saving!
How would I do this with land efficiently?

Ideally, you just want to a general idea of your surroundings. And also you’ll get more info when you contact the property owner.

Anytime. Sometimes you have to play around with the site. Remove Drive, RD, St, etc.
You never explained how to tell if the property is abandoned.
Does list source list the zip codes like Melissa data?
