Baked on 350 degrees for 45 mins. Baking time will vary depending on your oven.
2- 21 oz Cans Apple Pie Filling
1 Box Duncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake Mix
1 Stick Melted Butter --- Plus a lil more!🙂
Salt
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar
Vanilla Extract
*Glaze
Powdered Sugar
Milk
Creme Bouquet

This is the first time I've seen someone put a glaze on a dump cake and go a little extra with it also. 🤔 It's giving me ideas beyond what the concept of a dump cake is. 😊
How about mixing up brown sugar, nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and some reserved cake mix to make your crumble. and then just mix that through one of the dump cakes. I do it to a yellow cake mix and mash a couple of bananas and put a pack of instant banana pudding in it and a teaspoon of baking powder. So many things u can do with these cakes

I made my Carmel topping and add brown sugar and cinnamon to my apples. I precook my apples. I didn’t used the topping I made my own I sliced my own apples

Hi Donna. Love your cooking/baking videos! After working in the healthcare field for almost 40 years, I so appreciate your cleanliness while cooking. I love dump cakes I made a peach dump cake last week 😂
Made this today to celebrate the 4th! However, did the topping, used in your peach dump cake. Baked it, covered for 45 mins! However, when I took it out, it wasn't crispy. I did top it with butter, as you suggested, after adding the oatmeal topping! I like a dark crust. So, I returned it to the oven, uncovered. I let it bake another 10 mins! It was bubbling, when I took it out! Now, I have to decide if I'm going to add a topping. I purchased a can of Betty Crocker Buttercream frosting! The plan was to let it sit, in a pot of hot water, stirring it until it reaches a " glaze," consistency. Then top, it with vanilla frozen yogurt ( recently lost 70lbs have to cut the calories somewhere). However, the jury is still out, on that one! This thing is smelling up my house, though! Thank you. I learned to bake from scratch from my late grandmother. Your videos, reminds me so much, of how she and I baked together Both her and my mother, have gone on glory. So I don't enjoy baking, as much as I used to. Your beautiful, funny, videos and family are such a blessing!

FUN! Yes, dump cakes have been around for a long long time. The most popular one is cherry filling and pineapple on the bottom. Sprinkle yellow cake mix on top. Pour melted butter on top and sprinkle with pecans and I have also made an apple one and peach ones. I can’t believe y’all have never heard of it. Lol but I’m so glad you tried it. And yes, I’ve had it with glaze on top too. Good 👍 job!

Hello to my 2nd Pound Cake Queen. My mother made this recipe this past Sunday. Amazing! I loved everything about it,.however the apples where a bit to soft. My question is this? I wonder if K&W's stewed apples could be used as the base?? I always love how they are cooked yet firm. Another thing that I love is when you do the "Most"! Eugenia I with you on that. Only thing I will have to make a small one. My husband do not eat any sweets. Only natural fruits from trees no can fruits. So I got to figure out how I am going to do this and what size pan. Our children are adults on their own.

OMG! I loved it when you washed the cans. I do the same. People don’t think! Used everything like you but added caramel chips on top of the fruit. Then drizzled caramel sauce to cooked top. Was wonderful!❤
