    Trying to set up a new PC on an existing system. Cannot get the option for 'server and control client' to be availble even though I have made sure the Ipv4 address is the same as defined in the project file. Pulling hairs here.

    Would you know if there is a way to check the quality or status of modbus communication? In ellipse E3 this information appears as status ok = 192, does citect have a similar resource?

      @@schneiderelectric Unfortunately, questions related to Aveva Plant Scada (citect) are only answered by Schneider or AVEVA if the person has a license.

    Hi ,
    thank you for the video..
    I am facing a problem while trying to make a login screen for my project.
    I want it to be as , when I click on the button i created for login it should ask the username and password and if it's correct then go to the desired screen(another screen).
    what is the appropriate action for this?
    NB: I tried,
    loginform()+pagegoto("screen_name");
    i was able to get the requirements but there was a bug, when I click on cancel button or close button of the pop-up window username and password it's directly going to the next screen which I have mentioned in pagegoto command with out any encryption.

    Will you please explain how can we have a control client that is able to receive data from multiple SCADA servers? I tried to assign port number '3001' to my IOServer in Server PC and made the same setting in Client PC but I didn't receive anything. I am working with Citect 7.4. If you explain it I will appreciate it.
