I won something :)

Hello everyone! Sorry this isnt much of an update on my life/ current battles and this video is totally unedited...but it was something that, for me, was very exciting and wanted to share with you all. I was very proud of myself for gathering up the courage to enter the contest and after all the stress and, of course, anxiety/ intrusive thoughts, i actually won! I was asked by the contest holder to do a 'haul video' of the mystery contest prizes! Thank you Rikarulz and Valentine Kisses for the prizes!! i loved it all!
As for my current battles with OCD, SAD, PTSD, its still ongoing but i feel that i put forth much effort each day and each day i see a tiny bit more results in the minimizing of my rituals/compulsions that are meant to offset the anxiety. My time in los angeles was spent with my boyfriend's family, and being outside of my home is stressful as it is, but being able to stay in another person's home for more than a few hours (was there for over a week) was a MAJOR accomplishment/ exposure for me. I really tested my strength, and even after a few breakdowns, i made it through.
Life is meant to be enjoyed, and you sometimes have to battle for what you deserve, and that is exactly what i'm doing. :)

ya i have a million fears of being judged and when someone does, i go into a "mental shock" and my ocd, and panic attacks get worse and worse and worse!

they just wonder why we can't STOP doing
