In unfurnished apartment, you'll get a wardrobe in the bed room. There will be fridge, oven, stove, and shelf/drawer in the kitchen. As stated in the video.

Hello, average range is 180€ to 300€ for Student shared apartment in Joensuu city. It varies city to city. You can see in the video what's included in the rent. Usually, kitchen- Stoves, Oven, Fridge included. In bed room you'll get a Wardrobe.

You can get furnitures: bed, study table within 100Euro from second hand market.
Tip: If you're a student, ask your university student union, they can provide kitchen essentials (plate, cooking item, etc) at cheap price (±10Euro)

Possible but tough.
If you have good networking skill with new people, you can manage within 2 - 3 month. But it's wise to bring 6 month living expense from home. Around 400 to 600 Euro per month.
