hello, I applied to HOAS housing. How would I be able to know when houses are offered to me? Will there be an email? And How would I be able to accept the house?
I am applying to HOAS and I want to apply to live in a shared apartment meaning a room. I have selected all the areas and have set the minimum rate to 2000 euros. Now when I select show apartments, it is just showing 1 place in kilo offering it. What am I doing wrong while filling it as it is not possible theres just one shared apartment.
The problem is your minun amount. It is too high. If you say minimum of 2000e that means that the one room shared apartment you are looking for should cost from 2000euros and above. Unfortunately, there is only one place you can get such which is the one in Kilo. So what you do is reduce your minimum amount to 100euros and maximum to 2000euros and it will show you everything. 2000euro is still too high as a maximum rent for just a room in a shared apartment. If it were me, I will put minimum 0 and maximum 400euros. Best of luck🙏🏼

Any advice or assistance you can give will be greatly appreciated.
I am in Ghana and have gotten an appointment date ,will the interview be done the same day or will have to prove my identity and come back again for interview another time ?

At your appointment in VFS office, you will be given another appointment date and time to go to Finnish Embassy. When you go to VFS, tell them that you came from far and you will so much appreciate it if your appointment at the Embassy is the following day. This way, you will not have to go double trip.

Congratulations. You can ask for student apartments in Turku and apply. You can take what you've got and change as soon as you settle in.
