How much is rent for unfurnished apartment?
There are shops called Kirpis. You will find old stuff eg. Bed, furniture and so on. There is one name Fida near Ita-keskus. You need to talk to the shop for delivery to the home. They might have delivery people. Otherwise there are few companies you can find through Facebook marketplace. You can call them.
@@VigneshWaran-lk2qo depends on the type of apartment. Basically a single room in a shared apartment is the cheapest. Starting from 220 Euros.

You need to explain it when you make residence permit application. Perhaps you need to collect tax related documents from the official people.

In Oulu area, housing prices are lower than Helsinki. Family apartment can be rented from 400-600€ like my apartment size. Daycare is free for the students.

Hello brother, i didn't get student apartment so i booked private housing. The housing seems too much expensive. I want to move to another city. But the housing company made me a year contract. What if i ask for Contract termination? Will i have to pay year contract?
why did you make 1 year contract? which housing company? how much it cost? If this is a fixed contract for 1 year, I am afraid that you can not terminate before ending 1 year. But please check with the housing company, if you can cancel agreement after few months.

You must pay the advance deposit. Contact to the housing company beforehand and tell them that it could take 25 days.
