Would help if he had a proper intake and a sports cat ant intercooler. The sports cat and proper intake at least. You cannot get the higher figures unless you have a sports cat or a decat. It's too restrictive.
@@celicaben4391 very debatable. I own a mk3 st and I love it, friend group owns mk7 gti, ms3, golf r, veloster n, fiesta, if you’re staying stock turbo the speed 3 and gti are the way to go as they have a lot more potential and a mechanical lsd. Hmm I had a mk3 13plate , put a Scorpion Non res catback on it which made it seem like it lost power or low rpm torque. Put in a superchip bluefin seemed to make it about as good as stock before the exhaust 🤷♂️, I own a 3.5fl now which I bluefin with no other mod , Now this time I have much too much low rom torque to point where 1st/2nd gears are wasted for traction . But then again it’s great for overtaking without downshifting
Why so small gains? I have the Collins Proformance CP2v2 which claims 320bhp... How is revo map running only this? Have any collins stage 2 focus's been dyno'd to prove there claims?
@@BDPerformanceWrexham Thanks, should do.. as collins proformance is the most popular tuner as far as i know.. On the forums atleast thats what most of us are running.
@@5ivetimes1 why you putting a laughing face like its not true? Educate yourself. Its 70 bhp over stock @ stage 2... VW's usually see over 100bhp on a stage 2 map. All the top tuning companys see around 320 bhp @ stage 2. The limit @320 BHP is the turbo. With a big turbo at 380 bhp its the fuel system thats the limit... Have a nice day mate.
You cannot compete with that sound. I conceded that every day of the week. But the MK3 has a snappier turbo, way better chassis and weight distribution. I'm running this software but actually have the mods required unlike the ST in this video 🤦🏻♂️ and I'm on 308hp and no MK2 ST Focuses running block mods and pushing 330hp with DS maps can keep up on track at Silverstone with mine. Just goes to show how important the snappier turbo and chassis actually is. But the 5pot just sounds insanely good.
@@BDPerformanceWrexham its just mental how you can gain just 100bhp from a stage 2 remap on a k04 tfsi but these st250 engines the turbo is out of puff to just produce nearly a 50bhp increase

That’s shit for a stage 2, all I’ve got on my st is a de res, cold step 1 sparks, green air filter, turbosmart recirc and a map and I’ve got 296bhp and 554nm, and I’ve got proof for no one that believes me
Thank you guys for the awesome video! Can't wait to one day bring my focus ST mk2.5 iv just brought to you!!
Awesome, look forward to it 💙
Yet again a brilliant video
Always informative and entertaining, cheers lads

That seems very low for a stage 2. I'd be looking for that just with a map
K03 smal turbo not so much gaine in HP.
K03 is small
Shit maps tbh lads, BD in south wales use laird performance much better system 👍
Tunes a banger
Anyone know the details of the track?
All the music I use when editing the videos are from epidemicsounds. The track is called

Hope that helps.

Questions to you, which of those cars has more potentials to tuning: focus st from 2013, Mazda 3 2.3 mzr, and Cupra R from 2012.
st has more potential, as there is loads of cheap mods 👍

Glad I have the st225 stage 2 puts me at 300bhp and that 5 pot sounds much nicer
Better in every way to be fair 🤣
agree'd the 5 pot sounds alot better imo though the mk3 is a massively better daily car more responsive and way better on fuel

interesting
Them focus st are wank for tuning compared to the 2.0 tfsi vag engine
It's the turbos that seem to be shit, they're so small

I would get better exhaust clamps, those are the worst.
They are included with the kit but we agree Mikalor would be far better for sure 🙏
