Lufthansa 747-8 Business Class Houston (IAH) to Frankfurt (FRA)

Join me as I fly the Lufthansa 747-8 upper deck in business class from Houston to Frankfurt. I got to enjoy the Polaris lounge at IAH before the flight and had time on my layover in Frankfurt to take a short trip to Bacharach, a scenic and charming village on the Rhine River.
I booked this flight using 47k Chase Ultimate Reward Points during a 20% transfer bonus period to Air Canada, a partner of Lufthansa. Their total cost was 56k points plus ~$100 in taxes and fees.
