In 1:21, After adjusting the dummy position, there should be one more step to link the dummy back to the hand. 1. Select the Cube. 2. Modify > Linkage > Pick Object. 3. Pick the hand bone. (Check if the Link is on the Hand bone) After finishing all the relink process, proceed to set up the paint roller Look At.
Wow! Very useful tips and info. Thanks so much for take the time and explain this with more details info. We always need to adjust the animation depending in what are your working bc the animation never is going to be perfect just in one click. Thanks again for the info!!! 🔥
I have a similar scenario, but releasing the hand at 01:12 causes the dummy to stop following, and it isn't moving at all! Should I parent it to the left hand?
Hi @belowdown7339, The following steps should resolve your issues: 1. If the dummy isn't already visible, press Ctrl + D to temporarily enable all the dummies in the scene. 2. After the hand reach dummy is released, and the look-at setup is complete, you will need to re-link the Cube dummy to the hand bone. 3. Select the dummy and perform ""Modify > Linkage > Pick Parent"" and then pick the hand bone. The cube will then move with the hand when the setup is correctly implemented.

Hello?!

Nice!
2:00min. You released the reach dummy for left hand but didnt reattach it again after the look at section. Was that deliberate?
There is no need to attach it again because it utilizes the dummy for moving hand by Reach Target.
Looking good do they have instruments on the list like Piano violin drums
