Hey Bill, what a beautiful Corvette!!! I love these C3 Corvettes, way back when my girlfriends dad had one. Love the pop up headlights!! You are very courageous for making this video without the benefit of the coronavirus whiskey!!! 👍🙄
I had a Hot Wheels Corvette around 1970 as a seven year old...I couldn't quite believe something so wonderful was a real car.. I was in 70s London full of Morris Minors! Look at it.

Love the Def Leppard drumming ref 💪🥁 I love the look of the fabled C2, but I personally prefer the C3 RIP Jeff Beck who owned multiple Corvettes alongside his hot rods - he was the #1 GOAT
I love the C3 Corvette. Just beautiful from every angle and just the quintessential look of an American sports car. I’d even take a 1975 model year. I don’t care. I can remember being very young being around these cars and being mesmerized by them & their look, their sound and their stance. I really miss the old school General Motors. Some Canadians may have become outraged that there was no back seat in this particular video. 😏
Yes, the video was long and rambling -- but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I enjoyed it because I'm the former owner of a 1966 Corvette Stingray 427-425 and a 1971 Corvette Stingray 454 LS-5 convertible with hardtop and factory chambered side exhaust. Your video leaves no doubt that you are a knowledgeable salesman when it comes to Corvettes.
Hi Bill, hope your doing alright. That is one awesome car. My Dad has a 1972 Corvette Stingray 454 4 speed convertible in red with white vinyl interior. He bought it new off the showroom floor back in the day. Keep up the awesome videos. Stay safe and take care.
The best part of your video is when, in addition to the car and the years it was produced, you mention the events that marked that era. It seems to me that it is closest to a time machine we can get.
Love the videos, Bill. I graduated from high school in '86 and started subscribing to C&D, R&T and AutoWeek when I was 12, so we have a similar car-lover background. Anyway, my friend up the street turned 16 about a year-and-a-half before I did, so I walked up there every morning for a ride to school. Her mom's boyfriend had a '74 Corvette that he kept at their house, so it was cool when she'd walk out with the keys to the Vette and off we'd go. Other days, it was her grandma's green Country Squire.
If Bill could do a short video I would need a couple of fifths of coronavirus whiskey, I don’t wanna short video I want bills video it just makes me feel good

Agreed... when America was truly special, and somewhat exceptional. Sadly, it all came to an end quite quickly, at least as far as the cars are concerned. Gorgeous car, and such beautiful noise, even with the automatic tranny.
Good evening Bill from Ron in Manchester England. Glad the weather is not too muggy. Here in Manchester it is very cool. Glad the animals are leaving you alone.
