On the external finger print handle I am trying to get the arrow to point to the handle but it does not turn I have really tried?! Any ideas it should just turn I assume. This is with the new RUS3 design. Thanks

Hi my interior handle pulls down further than the exterior handle, my locking system requires the full movement of the handle on the outside handle just like the interior.
Is it possible to further the exterior handles range of movement on the push down as it does not fully engage my locking system.

@@ruvenotech9917 it's okay I've got it figured now, I had to grind off one of the locking systems hooks.
The outside handle doesn't drop as much as the interior to fully lock the multi point system for some reason
