ZF 5HP19 Reverse/D Drum Assembly Rebuild

Explanation of the "no reverse" problem on BMWs with the ZF 5HP19 automatic transmission - generally 1999 to 2001 models. This transmission is from a 2000 BMW 323i with 153,000 miles.
