I like how every time Undertale is released on a different console, there's always something different in that room you can check out.

And it all connects. First it’s a dog staring at you on pc, then it’s the dog shrine on ps4 and vita, then mew mew in a destroyed dog shrine on switch, then the dogs getting rid of the destroyed shrine and turning it into a casino on Xbox.

I know I've commented on this twice by now, But I love how Mad Mew Mew is a character that was only ever briefly mentioned and had no meaning to it, and then becoming a boss fight 3 years later possessed by a character who also didn't quite have a proper end and then having her story conclude 2 years after that.
Also, Since I don't want to post anymore comments, I feel there was a HUGE missed opportunity for Sans' mailbox to contain extra dialogue referencing smash, An idea I had was "There seem to be recent mail that are invitations to some kind of fighting tournament, Apparently those guys sent multiple invites but with no response, So they seem to have gave up and sent mail to him again saying contestants would just wear costumes of him." Maybe it'd just be the first line though.

There's actually a Super Smash Bros. reference in Deltarune when you go home and talk to Toriel, she talks about how Asriel liked to play the game with Kris and how his favorite character was Yoshi.

@@Luis-xj8el do you mean that mew mew is referencing mad dummy? Because, in case you weren't aware, mew mew *is* mad dummy. In the switch version, this room contains a mad mew mew boss fight, which explains that mad dummy found a mew mew doll in alphys' lab and decided that it wanted that as it's body, and through the fight, the ghost manages to fuse with the doll (similar to how mettaton fuses with his robot body when you flip the switch) and now basically is mew mew.

Exactly, Mad Dummy and most likely normal Dummy being one of Napstablook's cousins was only conjecture before. 5 years later we get a hard answer and some expansion.

If you feel like making a follow-up vid, there's special dialogue for Sans and Mew Mew once you've reached each threshold of HD dog residue particles (or at least for 500 and 1000, that I know of). There's also additional lines if you get 1000 particles a second time for each but they're not that special (and idk how tedious it is to do that).
Thanks for the heads up. I definitely need a break from lining up dogs for at least a few days but if I spend more time in the shrine I'll look at giving it a shot

You say Mew Mew will be there in the pacifist ending, but she just randomly showed up there for me half way through the neutral ending. First Sans is there, then I come back and he’s gone, I come back again and there’s Mew Mew.
It seems that they show up after Mettaton is defeated, rather than strictly in the pacifist ending
Interesting, cause I think I remember her showing up even before then, but I could be wrong. I thought it might be when you get to MTT resort, since Sans is there so he’d need someone to work for him I guess? But it might not have anything to do with that.

I sense a pattern. First, the Dog Shrine, then, Mad Mew Mew, and finally, the Dog Casino (with Mad Mew Mew joining in after beating Asriel and unlocking the Pacifist Ending).
Though, Mad Mew Mew refering to Napstablook as "Blooky" is odd.
Yes and his 4th cousin is the dummy at the start and unlike mad dummy he was able to fuse with the dummy meaning he is corporeal also meaning that he is able to taka damage. ._. Oh i got off topic again...
Mad Mew Mew will replaces Sans in casino after the protagonist defeats Mettaton. Mad Mew Mew and Mad Dummy are the same one, they are cousin of Napstablook along with the Dummy in the Ruins and Mettaton. Mostly, the ghost-monster type have their goal of their life, that was the perfect body of themselves, if the ghost-monster type got new body and it's very perfect for their own personality, the body and themselves will combine together. In the story, the ghost-monster that have combined themselves with the body was Mettaton. The Dummy in the Ruins looks like not fully combine like Mad Dummy(later find new body as Mad Mew Mew).
In the next release it will be destroyed again and there will be a boss battle
