Vaibhav bhai reality batao na yar, MBBS is just a step, real struggle starts after completing it. after MBBS you have to compete with the finest( your colleague) to secure a PG seat, 2 marks kam aye PG entrance me to life ka Cardiologist banne ka sapna Anesthesia or ENT me convert ho jata hai, 4-6 marks kam ho gaye to you have to teach medical students how to dissect cadavers for the rest of your life. It’s a struggle, when we start our journey we have no idea what are we putting ourselves into, every aspirant has to see both sides to decide what’s best for them.
