Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

They do have golf carts. The building we were in did not have an elevator. The other buildings have elevators and ramps.

I am so sorry I'm just seeing this message. The rooms were clean, but they are slow to clean the rooms. No outages while we were there.

I did not see any life jackets. We brought ours from home. There are life guards all over.
Planning a summer vacay and thought of this place because I have a 9 and 7 year old. Did you consider the one in Mexico too?
Yes, but the price during our travel was $4k more than the punta Cana location.
What was the food like if i may ask?
It was decent. I like the Italian restaurant the best. The buffet was good depending on the night. Breakfast was pretty standard.
Which credit card did you use to book your room? I.e. Chase, Amex, Citi, Capital One?? And did you book using points?? Thanks in advance 😊

What room or building do you reserve to get ocean front or second level above ocean front?
We were in building 1, room 1213, it's a Flat Suite. There are only two floors in that building, no elevator.
