Even the cherries on top are sinking right through. However, it's a beautiful recipe and i'm sure it's delicious!!!!

The cream is a bit too liquidy to be a real tiramisu, but it seems really yummy! I have cherries at home, so I think I'll go buy some mascarpone to try and remake this (only, I also won't use any coffee for mine because I'm sure my little one will want to eat some, lol).
Ok, I tried the recipe with cocoa instead of coffee (because baby), and it was a success! I loved the taste of the cocoa with the cherries, and it was a welcome twist to the usual tiramisu. As for our little one, he devoured his little glass!

Your videos and recipes are incredible and perfect but I was reading some comments and I see that a lot of people don’t like asrm as I don’t like either so I want to suggest you to post 2 videos for the same recipe, one with asrm and one with a bgm :) it would be really nice to your both types of subscribers and I’ve seen a lot of cooking asrm channels doing that before ^^ I hope it helps you
I'm a bit surprised that you didn't add kirsch to the espresso syrup. Dipping the cookies and lining the dish would've given you far more distinct layers reminiscent of true tiramisu. As for gelatin-free, your cremé was far too thin, so I would recommend using a bit of cornstarch or a cooked meringue (as an uncooked one is used in traditional tiramisu) to really thicken up the cremé next time :)
Why do you always make your whipped cream so loose? The end result is goopy. If you had used eggs like a real tiramisu then it would have also helped the dessert set better.
