    This is definitely more of a trifle than it is a tiramisu, and not a very set one at that. I would recommend the cream being whipped to full consistency, otherwise you're just scooping out goop. Even the cherries on top are sinking right through. However, it's a beautiful recipe and i'm sure it's delicious!!!!

    The cream is a bit too liquidy to be a real tiramisu, but it seems really yummy! I have cherries at home, so I think I'll go buy some mascarpone to try and remake this (only, I also won't use any coffee for mine because I'm sure my little one will want to eat some, lol).

      Ok, I tried the recipe with cocoa instead of coffee (because baby), and it was a success! I loved the taste of the cocoa with the cherries, and it was a welcome twist to the usual tiramisu. As for our little one, he devoured his little glass!

    쿠킹트리님 요거트는 혹시 어떤거 쓰시나요? 플레인도 신맛이 나는게 있나보더라구요ㅠ 그리고 떠먹는 티라미수에 요거트말고 생크림양을 조금 더해서 섞어주면 흐르는 느낌이 조금 덜 할까요?ㅠ

      저는 바이오 플레인 요거트 사용했어요~
      요거트를 줄이고 생크림을 더 섞어도 큰 차이는 안날 것 같아요~~
      생크림을 조금 더 휘핑해 농도를 맞춰주시는 것도 좋을 것 같아요~~

    Hello! Your videos and recipes are incredible and perfect but I was reading some comments and I see that a lot of people don’t like asrm as I don’t like either so I want to suggest you to post 2 videos for the same recipe, one with asrm and one with a bgm :) it would be really nice to your both types of subscribers and I’ve seen a lot of cooking asrm channels doing that before ^^ I hope it helps you

    I'm a bit surprised that you didn't add kirsch to the espresso syrup. Dipping the cookies and lining the dish would've given you far more distinct layers reminiscent of true tiramisu. As for gelatin-free, your cremé was far too thin, so I would recommend using a bit of cornstarch or a cooked meringue (as an uncooked one is used in traditional tiramisu) to really thicken up the cremé next time :)

    Why do you always make your whipped cream so loose? The end result is goopy. If you had used eggs like a real tiramisu then it would have also helped the dessert set better.
