My wife and I had the pot pies which tasted old. My daughter's meal tasted a little better. While i was there, the manager, different gentleman than the one in the video, was on the phone speaking to "corporate" attempting to place an order. On the way out we saw a dead roach and a stack of cardboard to go containers on the floor near the window. I looked closer and there seemed to be a rat dropping. When i got home, i attempted to make a complaint online with the city but rhe process seemed to tedious. Looks like someone else did it for me. Its a shame how Boston Market has fallen. And this one in particular should be forced to close their doors before someone gets ill... shameful.

The owners should just take accountability. No one likes to be caught off guard, but if they care about their customers’ safety, they should take accountability and commit to doing better.
The only way to make sure they actually own up to it, make it illegal to have so many issues with the restaurant. And if they managed to get past a certain demerit OR if they kept repeating violations, make it possible to be arrested and sentenced for at least 10+ years. The only reason why these worthless pieces of MEAT will not do anything is because they know the worst case scenario is them finding another job.

U never know where you're Uber eats food comes from I used to deliver food to high rises in brickell and people that live nice only if they knew where their food came from I felt bad but I had to do my job and places like that where people screaming and smoking c'mon that just disgusting
I will never forget I picked up an order from chipotle for a customer. The customer was rude, only concerned about her order and what was taking so long, not knowing I saw a whole bug crawling around the food area like a voluntary worker minus the name tag. So I delivered her order that she was so concerned about and went on with my day. I will usually inform customers about food quality prior to selecting (especially with Instacart), but if your attitude is nasty toward me, FUGGITABOUTIT! Be careful how you treat people, especially food delivery drivers. You never know what they’re seeing while your food is being prepped or what’s going on when you’re order is being picked up.

So crazy. Boston market was one of the few good places to eat in South Florida. Somehow they changed management. And it all went down from there.
