    I watched one of your videos that revealed what endo motor and apex locator you prefer to use, but I can't find it now. Can you recommend an endo motor with apex locator? Are any of the inexpensive ebay one's good?

    as a new dentist I am having trouble finding the courage to trough for MB2 due to the fear of perforation. in your experience how many milimeters apically past the orifice of Mb1 will you trough for MB2 before you give up and obturate just 3 canals?

      We take CBCT for every Molar pts. It saves us time and patient's time. Makes our job more efficient and predictable. Every endodontist I worked with takes CBCT, Why wouldn't you take it. It takes literally few seconds

    Where do u find it more? On line between mb1 and db or mb1 and palat canal?

      @AllThingsDentistry  5 месяцев назад

      Great question. I start just palatal to mb1 and slowly move towards the palate.

    Solid endo, although I do not use reciprocating tools as much as I used to. I just wonder why using cavit as temporary filling? There is plenty of amalgam and the walls of the tooth can crack. GIC would take only a few minutes more and would be much safer.

    The Brassler ScoutVT 14.03v and 17.04v may help with establishing a “glidepath” for WaveOne Small after opening MB2 orifice.
    If routinely finding MB2 to be more mesial (which it usually is), consider Munce #2 (white) instead.
    Protaper universal manual files SX (orange) and S1 (purple) may help with the MB2 that make hard mesial and then acute buccal/palatal turns.

    I used to use the W1G 20 file for a long time as my " no handfile used prior" glidepath file, but a few times the file proved to be to stiff. I switched to the ISO 12.5 Reciproc Pilot file and this thing rocks!

      I’ve thought about this comment for the past few days. I don’t have access to the R pilot (not sold in North America). Is there any other file that is similar?

      @AllThingsDentistry VDW was bought by Dentsply Sirona and rumors are they are stopping the entire line up of the company, as it proved to be to much competition. Redent Nova ( or the new company) will be releasing a new glidepath file together with the new SAF file, maybe this will get to you? FKG Scout race files are good too! The newer files by Buchanan, are they available in Canada?
