"Huh... this doesn't sound very deathcore, more like Tech-Death with melody for the chorus, I wonder if he's gonna do the thing" 2:51 "Yeap, definitely Lorna-core"
this was really good but I think it sounds more like happier thy art is murder in my opinion. lorna use alot of orchestral bits and the guitar isn't too crazy loud for the choruses and verses either, great video though just wanted to give some extra ideas!
first of all, this goes to the playlist immediately, badass track ! second, the position of your right hand, I mean straight fingers. Does this ultimately bother you about the speed of the tremolo? My teacher (former Decapitated guitarist) pesters me every time not to straighten my fingers because it limits my speed and precision. What is your opinion on this?
Thanks for listening!🤘 Yes you are right, but back to the habits you do when practice. Like I'm already comfortable with this finger position, even if I play notes at a rather fast tempo, it won't be a problem, because I'm used to it.
@@wahjusgtr Thanks, I know this name but I've never had a chance to use it. I'll definitely check it out :D Btw. Do you record a full DI signal or do you run the guitar through some effects before it goes to the DAW? I still have a little dilemma: since I record drums, orchestral instruments, etc. on midi, it would be better to give the DI a guitar via a plug-in or via effects. I can't decide which actually sounds better. Maybe you also had such a process? I know I have a lot of questions, but I like to learn from smarter people :D
the dude in lorna shore mainly downpicks his riffs which is insane
Yeah dude, they are play very tight
the riff at 2:20 sounds a lot like something off Lorna Shore's Psalms or Flesh Coffin i love it
Glad you like it 🤘
I love their more melodic sections like that first bit
Me too🤘
It sounds like something from Ferriterium - Calvaire or Forteresse - Thèmes Pour la Rébellion. Check 'em out
King ov deception main lead section in the chorus has got to be the most melodic and symphonic parts that I personally favor
It gives me Born of Osiris feels. Damn, great play my man!
Glad you enjoyed it🤘
My guy knows how to write🔥
Yeah dude🤘😛
Killer, tight af. Awesome work duder.
Thanks a lot dude!
Glad I found you! Impeccable sound and musicality. Love from Canda

ravens autoarchy and harbored dreams influences for that interlude

But Lorna Shore are tech-deathcore. Listen to 1:00 in Of The Abyss.
@@alexandruandreivasile5041 No, they are symphonic power melodic blackened technical deathmetalcore. Get it right.

And one more question about the FX, samples, etc. that you use? Any specific library or are you looking for what you need right now?
I have Heavyocity Damage in my kontakt library, and I think that's enough for now

Lorna Shore is much overrated band. You, however, are much underrated.
Thanks for listening! Lorna Shore is one of my fav deathcore band
@@wahjusgtr But it is much overratered.
@insulatedworld Success breeds haters. It's actually a pretty good metric for measuring how successful a band is.
@@MikeLtm32bro we get you think it’s overrated.
@@MaximumOverdriveGuitar They are GREAT musicians, but the hype... I have ment the hype. Sarcasm.
