    INGREDIENTS:
    250 grams fish fillet, slightly frozen
    200 grams prawns
    125 grams squid
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon garlic
    2 teaspoon fine salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon white ground pepper
    1 tablespoon oil
    ¼ cup flour
    ¼ cup potato starch or tapioca or cornstarch
    1 large egg white
