What is the latency of the unit? I’m curious if this could be used during tracking.

The FreqInOut works in the lowest buffer settings possible in the DAW. Also, the FreqPort HUB has a low-latency mode you can enable if you have a fast computer. It's not possible to say what the latency is when tracking, as everyone's system is different, but it's LOW. :)
Latency when playing and recording though outboard gear is zero. Then the FreqInOut is 100% in sync and sample perfect.
