শুভ জন্মদিন রবি ঠাকুর ।। আজ বিশ্ববরেণ্য মহান কবিগুরু রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের জন্মদিন । তিনি শুধুমাত্র তাঁর লেখায় , তাঁর গানে , তাঁর ছন্দে বা তাঁর সৃষ্টিতেই বেঁচে আছেন এমন নয় ; আমাদের প্রত্যেকটি বাঙালি মনে , প্রত্যেকটি অনুভূতিতে আজও তিনি উজ্জ্বলভাবে বেঁচে আছেন আর থাকবেনও । তাই তাঁর গান গাওয়ার , শোনার বা তাঁর গানে নেচে ওঠার আলাদা করে কোনো দিন হয় না ঠিকই ; তবুও যে বিশেষ দিনটিতে গোটা বিশ্ব এমন অমূল্য রত্ন পেয়েছিল সেই দিনটির একটু আলাদা রকম বিশেষত্ব তো রয়েইছে , তাই না !!
তাঁর তো কোনো মৃত্যু নেই , নেই কোনো বয়স ; তিনি তো অমর ... বেঁচে আছেন আমাদের প্রত্যেকটি বাঙালির মনে। এবং যত আরো আরো বাঙালির জন্ম হচ্ছে শুধু বাংলা নয় ; বাংলাতে তথা গোটা বিশ্বের মনে মনে রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের জন্মও বাড়ছে।
তাঁর এই একরাশ অগুন্তি সৃষ্টির মধ্যে একটিতে আমরা আমাদের যথাসাধ্য মায়া , অনুভূতি এবং নৃত্যের মেলবন্ধন ঘটানোর চেষ্টা করেছি শুধুমাত্র ।
