    His last show with us, he had flown from the Ivory Coast straight to Eugene ,typically when Bands arrive we would have the Greenroom al setup for them & give them space to unwind & settle down. Then after the Sound check they tend to relax and engage. We did not see him until after the show was over. We went to the bus & someone told him the Producers are here to Thank you. We did not know he was on his bed in the back of the bus. But he had the strength & kindness to us here us in and he got up ....we knew something wasn’t right ,he looked weak & perspiring & still visited with us for about 5 minutes. It was surreal. We go to the Bahamas in 2006 shortly after his show & got the news of his passing. It was crushing !! Joseph was an exceptional man.

    kenyatta, what are you saying , me brethren! ? kingston is a nice place! what! kingston is not nice at all! only in the rich places! possible! but downtown etc yes: arms! dangers! i used to go down there , and i saw! i was there when arms were heard; every body running! you was living in the hills, better than Kingston! i was your neighbour, and your father was my friend: i was teacher at holychildhood high school; and he used to take me in his black BMW, baldheads were jealous, because i am french, woman and not jamaican! but dread locks rasta!!

    • @MsWildberry1

      I doubt if anyone was jealous. They probably realised how nefarious you are. Otherwise you wouldn't have wrote such garb. True Rasta don't think and like you.

    @ccmma6399 5 лет назад +2

    I never wanted to comment but after a certain point I had to. Now I have to commend the interviewer when he said that dance hall is the worst thing that happened to reggae. Exactly it is. They abandoned roots that made everybody in the world to love reggae and everybody wants to be a jamaican to this nonsense called dancehall. Pure rubbish where they ridicule women and women who are supposed to protest dance to such lyrics that debase their identity.

    So happy that most legendary raggae icons hold their root Africa so dear in their hearts and they got that love for Africa transfered to their various offsprings, Kenyatta Hills is another very intelligent young man who so much took after his father Joseph Hills and he is doing everything he could to keep his father's legacy alive, one character I noticed he picked from his father is being yourself, he is not a hypocrite like the politicians who pretend to hate marijuana and made law against smoking of marijuana but they themselves remain the heaviest smokers of the banned substance.
    All I can say is young man we your brothers/sisters from Africa are very proud of what you're doing to keep your father's legacy alive, remain strong and l🙏🙏 pray that the spirit of your father that possessed you the he died which enabled you to continue that music tour will continue to guide and protect you, RESPECT MAN ❤️🙏🙏👍💪.

The ways of the trod we set since long aiwa to this aiwa-seen. Its no doubt ital livity is most recommended but remember its a personal responsibility.

    1 Samuel 8
    1 When Samuel grew old, he appointed his sons as judges over Israel. 2The name of his firstborn son was Joel, and the name of his second was Abijah. They were judges in Beersheba. 3But his sons did not walk in his ways; they turned aside toward dishonest gain, accepting bribes and perverting justice.
