Super Video!! Thank you so much.. I use Studio One 4 Pro and have a presonus 24.4.2 and just purchased a 32SX.. I love your videos. To the point and precise!
Does this series covers in-ears monitors. I have this mixer so now i need in ears monitor for band and lead singer . Instead of wedges floor monitor speakers
I am brand new to the Studiolive. I've only had my system for two days. I've been watching this video series and think it has been extremely helpful. I did see something in this video specifically that is confusing to me. I was trying to apply reverb to my mix 1 using the steps in this video and I was getting no reverb at all. I've discovered that I cannot get it to work unless I do something that you didn't mention or do in the video. When I select FX A, I have to turn up the master fader. If I don't, and I follow the rest of the steps it doesn't work. It doesn't appear you turn that fader up. My system is the 32S, but I assume that doesn't make any difference.
@@officialWWM I love it. It is the first digital mixer I have ever owned, but I also think for what it does, I have never owned a mixer that is so versatile or flexible.
Nevin Brown interesting. I have both a Mackie and a Soundcraft UI24 digital mixers they are both tablet/phone controlled mixers and while they are very good and capable, I really want to go back to using actual faders. They are so much faster to make adjustments. I ordered the 32sc today, so I'm hoping I like it :/
@@officialWWM Being able to remote control with a tablet or phone is nice, but I too would rather just sit at the board use the faders. I do have a use case for the remote control though. My studio is in my basement and my piano is up a level on the other end of the house. I use the Presonus switchbox to connect them over my network, and then control the board from the piano with my tablet. Real nice to have the flexibility to do that, but not as good of an experience.
Nevin Brown yes, I agree, remote control is handy. I like the idea of being able to start recording from inside my vocal booth. Also, I will use it live but my band mates can still mix their own monitors. Having faders and remote control is the best of both worlds. I just ordered the 32sc, so I'm looking forward to getting my hands on it :)
Really helpful! Thinking of getting a 64S. There's a lot of low rumbling noise at when you're at the piano. I guess there's not much acoustic treatment there? Thanks for explaining the features!
@@mattosgood7456 TBH - I have had my StudioLive Series III for 2.5 years - I have learnt more from your series, than any amount of trial and error, other RUclips video's etc - you literally hit every single area of "use case" - really, really well done and thank you.
Music Islife I know that,, however I wanted to have the options to record the live takes using the studiolive effects as a possibility later. Can’t hurt learning how to utilise it.
Inkanation1 if you add the fat channel to whatever track you want to process, then click the link button, you will be using exactly the same fx that are in the mixer.
Yeah real good stuff brother I use Logic Pro X but its all the same here thanks man...Joe from Staten Island...I own the Presonus Studiolive Series 3 64S
very nice but not useful for a novice. nowhere i can find an explanation to assinge channals to tracks to main out ... i looks all evident but you skip a lot of things that are strange for a novice. is there an ohter video for starters? thanks
I just bought the 32sc, these videos are very helpful. Thanks.

Nevin Brown how are you liking the mixer so far?

We have a StudioLive 32S and wondered if there is a way to use a footswitch to turn the effects on/off. This board does NOT have channel inserts.
Great series!!!!!
How you can Studio One remote on the IPhone? Would love that but is avaiable only for IPad...officially.
Hei!
I’m wondering if you could the mix in the phone when you are using the app?
How do you solved the audio drop out or pause from nsb
Do you know if Q Mix UC is still unable to function with iPhone X?
Thanks guys. This is work also with MacOS? Im using MacBook Pro M1, and i want to use it to control the mixer. Its possible? or just for iPad/iPhone?
Why dosent fx b and d show up in the q mix uc app?
Really helpful! Thinking of getting a 64S.

Why did you change the inputs to Network? What am I missing?
Hey Stephen - I changed the inputs to Network because the PM2 mics were running through the NSB 16:8 stagebox which connects to the desk via AVB.
Matt Osgood thank you Matt! This series has taught me so much about my desk! Thank you
@@Dettol68 You're welcome! Really glad they've been helpful.

Stephen Brodigan :
please help me find a way to use the studio live effects in studio one so I can edit the wetness later, is it even possible?
Inkanation1 Studio One has loads of reverb and delay effects already installed.
Music Islife I know that,,

Music Islife no u won’t.
The fx a,b,c and d are on a different bus,
Try it
Inkanation1 I do it all the time! This guy shows how to do it in one of his videos. I think it may be in the next one in this series.
Yeah real good stuff brother I use Logic Pro X but its all the same here thanks man...Joe from Staten Island...I own the Presonus Studiolive Series 3 64S
Does Studio One Remote work with 4.6?
absolutley yes

Technical knowledge or incompetence …very little nuance there…
