Timothy Wilson Spencer (March 17, 1962 - April 27, 1994), also known as the "Southside Strangler", was a serial killer who committed three rapes and murders in Richmond, Virginia and one in Arlington, Virginia in the fall of 1987. In addition, he is believed to have committed at least one previous murder, in 1984, for which a different man, David Vasquez, was wrongfully convicted.He was known to police as a prolific home burglar.

Such a shame both victims and the perpetrators family both affected. You can tell there was a small glimmer humanity within Timothy when he looked out for his brother and told him don’t steal, don’t be bad don’t be like me. Unfortunately his inner demons took over and such a shame too good looking guy as well. He and little brother can almost be twins

Having lived in Richmond in the 80s I can confidently say people thought the whole city was a cesspool worse than DC, New York City, Atlanta and LA combined even in, and in some cases, especially in the "suburban" areas. Drugs, prostitution and violence was insanely bad. Race relations were the worst in the 20th century. Not sure what this documentary was talking about being a sleepy southern town.

What is a healthy mix of people well off and people who are not? How is it healthy to have people well off? Only crimes are gang crimes in an area only the "bad guys go to" except them areas are full of innocent people. The lack of any cares of "people who are not well off" is one of many major problems in this world.
Agreed a healthy mix is also where everyone is ok for food and shelter

The narrator called his deification and urination in public areas (to show dominance/contempt to authorities and for sexual gratification) "childish pranks." This documentary is all kinds of missing the mark.

Bonny and Clyde killed 13 people but most of them were law enforcement. I fact 9 were officers. That actually makes these two, although they killed 2 less..11 in all, makes them worse because they killed innocent people and even family members, a baby and friends. It makes them to me more cold blooded. Bonny and Clyde will always be more infamous because they were first.
through research it was discovered that bonny did most of the killing. clyde was pretty much innocent and a tag along
