Step 3: ATTACK
The final step is all about mobilizing effectively. We'll teach you how to write compelling personal statements that truly reflect your situation and how to obtain crucial nexus letters if needed. Your preparation and execution in this stage are what can turn the tide in your favor.

Hello Jordan you must have had an old school mentor, Grandad, Dad, you always look sharp with ascot, cufflinks. and handkerchief pocket. I've been watching for a while, your videos are getting smoother. Thanks for all you do brother.
One of the best videos I've seen!
I have watched hundreds of presentations here on YT, my thought is that it all depends on the rater, regardless of proper paperwork!
Agreed
you do know they work at the VA on a points sytem the more they deny the more points they get. over 4000 have left the VA because of it since 2020. Under the so-called standards system, Veterans Service Representatives, or VA claims processors, have to earn a certain number of points per pay period by completing specific tasks, the VA said. That includes verifying information and gathering the medical and service records, or other supporting documents, needed to determine a veteran’s eligibility.
Hello Jordan, Another awesome video with Great Information. Thank You for all you do.
In some cases your VBA can simply access and Print out your C&P DBQ! Mine did, right on the spot - no Information request needed!
As of today all of my pact and half of my gulf war claims were accepted.... at ZERO percent. Not sure how a chronic condition, that has been documented for over 2 decades, and is now life threatening, isn't an issue. Every single vet would get better care and better compensation by simply going south, crossing the rio grand, and the turning 180 and saying yes, I want free stuff in that country over there ( pointing at the US. )
I had a claim in for kidney cancer scheduled for Surgery to remove the kidney CP examit.Grandma said I would probably have to file after the fact
The issue is the Nexus letter
exactly.. the VA knows Nexus and paying out of pocket for one is BS its nothing but their red tape for wanting it.. When its in your record there is no reason for one. Plus the fact doctors today dont care to want to fdo them even knowing the vets they serve got issues
YOU SAID CHANGE YOUR VA RATER AND ASK FOR THE RATERS MANAGER I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO A Va RATER SO TELL ME EXACTLY HOW TO TAKK TO MY VA RATER
Do a higher level review. That’s how we get the raters work checked….
Caps lock warrior lol
@@Jayscuba lmao
Very rude. No manners. You shouldn't receive any help.
@@shhhhh232 he or she should still receive help, they just need to listen with the intent to understand - the video said high level review but they were already so triggered that they weren’t paying attention lol
I got 10% for GERD approved June 2024. I filed HLR for errors on DBQ, I should have been 60%. I have my C File so I know they made errors for checking off symptoms on DBQ. I’m still waiting for informal conference call.
Same issue here. They put me on the new schedule and have refused to swap back even tho I filed in 2023. I should be 60℅ but was put on the new one at 10%.
@@chillnick1865File HLR they should rate you on both new and old and give you the most favorable decision as long as you have the evidence in your claim
So I just got my endoscopy results back and I have GERD. I am at 40% for a back injury and I am curious how this should be pursued. With the medical results is it easily won?
What do you think about a dbq from a nurse practioner combined with a nexus letter?
I’ve heard that the VA doesn’t like dbq’s that aren’t from their doctor… but can’t hurt. Make sure you use chat gpt and create a personal statement for every disability you are filing for.

Hi my name is daryl i have a question can the va issue a decision letter on line and then remove it and give you another c and p exam.
Top info
That normal after little bush started giving them bonus to come under budget
Bonus to stall delay 0 percent vets.
Amen Amen Amen
How exactly do we get a different rater? It isn't like we have a choice or ever make contact with them. On top of that having all the medical evidence and a nexus on record is great but none of it matters. Denial is standard and a lot of times they just don't want to recognize or pay for treatment. I've had everuthing I needed and wa sstill deined for no reason. What a load of bullshit.
Can a person do a supplemental then a HLR then another supplemental on the same claim?
Sure…. As long as you have more ‘New’ evidence for the Supplementals
How do i get in contact with you my good sir
Jordan Bro off topic, but if I submit a claim for my degenerative disc disease with Nexus letter, personal statement, medical evidence, current diagnosis and they sent me a letter stating that they are stating that I qualify for ACE examination without a VES. Is that a good thing?
I do have currently have two service connected at 0%, eczema and photophobia..
Yes I’d say things are moving along nicely
@@vaclaimsacademy thanks... I was afraid that it wasn't because I was expecting the range of motion test.
Some say they are looking for a second opinion. I was denied for DDD before but I didn't have knowledge of how we suppose to go about it. Thanks to your channel and dwayne's channel, I was able to educate myself a bit. I wish we had guys like yall sitting in the higher seats actually helping vets instead of using those who served and throw us away like trash. TALK ABOUT BE USED!!! SMH
The backgrounds have also got nicer too
Thank you!
Just received a letter from Optum stating my presence not required the letter stated it was being sent a Doctor for medical review???? Does anyone know what that means it’s been 3 months everything was submitted
Nothing required on your part. The appointment is a medical records review so that a doctor can make a medical opinion for your claims.
Look up Acceptable Clinical Evidence (ACE)
@@Deadtorights0710Thank you
@@rammerjammer9697Thankyou
3:39 seconds into this presentation you discuss the veteran requesting a copy of his/her C&P DBQ that didnt establish service connection.
My question ‘sir’ is; can a NACVSO who has access to the VBMS system and the servicemen’s case documents (properly); can the VSO download the DBQ upon request from the service member?
Please advise. Thank you. “Out here.”
C%p that's your problem
Bih how tf you even get raters name, and first line supervisor 😂
VERA won't give that up buddy
Under trump it takes over a year to get anything from the VBA
I remember that under Trump he was cleaning house because of the poor service at the VA. It took the va decades to screw it up Trump only had 4 years to try and fix it along with Russia Russia Russia. You do the math😊
Lies he has nothing to do with the va
Under Trump? Have you been under a rock? #FJB is fraudulently occupying the White House since 20JAN21.
