Bro Boult audio....... Earphone's ko Replace kr ke new product deta hai ya fir old used product deta hai ? Boult audio ne 1 month pehle mere freepods ko pickup kiya tha or fir aaj replace kr ke koi purana sa used hua product bhej diya hai .

I don't know about that bro but agar aap replacement place karte ho then it is obvious for a company to only send you a brand new product unless mentioned otherwise. So agar aapko lag raha hai ki ye used product hai toh you should register a complaint from the portal you ordered it!
