    This isn’t a homeless problem, this is a drug problem, and rent increases problem, not every homeless wants to be homeless.

    Instead of allowing immigrants, our city, state, and nation need to take care of our own problems.

      Fk that sht, I didn't vote for it, and I live here too.
      But to be fair, I don't think Mark Roncetti would have done anything better. He would have just copied Texas, and they don't seem to be dealing with it any better.
      It's all coming from the policies of the Biden administration.

  • @WELVAS.
    @WELVAS. 12 дней назад

    Fix and expand the shelters so homeless can feel safe going and getting help. There is not enough capacity and the shelter is considered dangerous and unclean by the homeless population who feel safer taking their chance on the streets. The shelters need to provide more substance use treatment and behavioral health programs. Also need caseworkers that follow-up on the homeless to get them the resources needed to climb out of poverty. Finally, build a TON of housing public and private so housing prices crash and become affordable to the average person so people stop falling into homelessness in the first place.

      No, wouldn't end up homeless. I worked hard everyday and not always at a job I liked but I worked. Not do drugs or any of that that brings people down. Tired of picking up human feces and liquor bottles and needles out of my mother's yard . They have no respect for themselves or anyone else, much less someone else's property. Property values will certainly drop because of this debacle. And yes, was homeless once but got out of that situation very quickly getting MYSELF out of that situation! This mayor needs to go as he cannot address the issues he created.
