These homeless are addicted to fentanyl pills called blues, M30, fetty. They contain: fentanyl, sedative benzo, horse tranquilizer, rat poison, and milk or baby powder. This cocktail of nasty chemicals is horrible and if you smoke it only once, you are addicted to it for life. It's just that strong. These homeless if they are having bicycles or scooters, they work as fentanyl dealers till they are not functional any longer, but then they are easily replaced. The main reason why we are seeing massive street homelessness is because we created armies of people who are flirting with drugs for fun or self medication purposes. They do not even realize they have been smoking marijuana laced with fentanyl which eventually turns them into homeless thieves and death is just around the corner. All street drugs are laced with fentanyl nowadays including street marijuana. Many will die from fentanyl overdose, or drugs related violence. We will never reduce street homelessness without reducing the amount of fentanyl available on our streets. It 's everywhere, and dirt cheap.

You should see the junkies living in those big houses in the Hills. Those junkies are on way more drugs, just drug test all of them and see what the toxicology report looks like compared to a homeless person. Xanax, Adderall (speed and meth), pain pills, Ambien, coke, molly, froggy and a bottle of wHine to top it off. Seems like the diet up there the way they have been acting in the "Heights" especially the last couple of years. They have much better drug dealers...the Docs that are running up our insurance bills to get these so called elites addicted and dependent so they can be easily controlled. The results are always HILLarious when one of you gets a DUI and a blood test. I know you are taken care of now with the police and everything so you don't get those anymore...

This issue got worse when they took the bondsman out of the legal system, the legal system is money hungry, you might ask how, well new Mexico is a welfare state, so new Mexico politicians get funding (money) for statistics, now back to the bondsman issue, when the courts took the position of bondsman they instituted all these worthless programs, where the court has people on probation BEFORE conviction, the programs they force on people from being released by the court are insane, the courts shouldn't be allowed to be bondsman and issue probation like sentences upon release from custody without a conviction, but they do it, CAUSE that's money they get for "programming", when people could bond out and put collateral on the line they would show up for court and most people would change their lives along the way to court, but this system they implemented only enhanced crime and they let people out over and over again cause it's a receipt showing that they placed a body in programming no matter how many times that person is arrested and released, each time is a new reciept and more money to be allocated to a real criminal ring, y'all can't see that
