Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Pancake. This is one of the most fluffiest pancake recipes you can try. All the ingredients used in this recipes are easily available at home. Pancakes are my all time favorite dish. It is easy to make and delicious to eat. Pancakes can be served as breakfast or you can make it for brunch. You can also serve it as dessert with ice cream. Pancakes are prepared from the batter made with all purpose flour, egg, milk, butter and sugar. You can also add some berries or chocolate in the batter.

210 gm all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
60 gm powdered sugar
½ tsp salt
1 medium egg
300 ml milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Butter or oil for frying
