Chuck Norris is one of the most honest, straight-arrow people I have even known. I have never heard him say a negative word about anyone, even those that have treated him badly. He has been an inspiration to many and an excellent instructor of the martial arts. I am proud to have been one of his students and treasure the personal mementos I have received from him.

And he was 33 years old when Bruce Lee died and he was 35 years old after Bruce Lee died when he did like his first movie after Bruce Lee‘s death. Ever since then he has not aged. Except after his wife’s cancer. Then he began to age and he stopped doing movies
I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Norris on a few occasions at my work in Dallas, TX in 2005. He was very down to earth and genuine. One of the highlights of my life. Thanks Chuck!

One things for sure though,dont smoke,dont do drugs,dont do steriods,eat healthy,exercise regularly,and lift weights,but use safe amounts of weight,meaning dont overlift and cause injuries to yourself. Also finally,stay hydrated throughout the entire day. Dehydration causes premature aging.

Since age 20 ,I can recognize him up to his 70s, isn't this a miracle? He enjoyed his life at the fullest, every single days, surrounded by pretty women, his horses in his ranch. He was a young soldier during Vietnam, but he probably won't see WW3, hopefully for him. That's a total winner and a lucky person, he worked hard to be that way

And further he was only active in the 70's and 80's after that he was less active and suddenly in the Expendables 2 i saw him with Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger. I never thought that Chuck would be friends with stars like them bcs they did different things compared with Chuck.
When my grandchildren ask me how old I am, they will hopefully be amazed when I say "around the same time Chuck Norris was still kicking ass. This was back when the iPhones were still in the single digits"
