That they would issue a statement mourning the death of a terrorist is no surprise at all, for anyone capable of rational thought.
He comes from America, from my prspective as an Iranian citizen, he is belonging to a government that pretends to be in favor of the Iranian people, but is completely in favor of the Iranian government, he comes from America, their government officially condoles Raisi's death,gives them official and judical legitimacy but sanctions the Iranian people at the same time.
