Thank you for talking about how we need to embrace our natural hair, i am on a journey to do the same ❤. I wore my hair out from May of this year to August for the first time in years. Right now im in a protective style but i plan on loving myself and wearing my hair out more going forward. At the end of your video u showed the knots in your hair after swimming. Hair has a pH of 4.5ish chlorine pool water is alkaline, if u can, when u wash your hair after the pool can u add apple cider vinegar to a bottle of water ans rinse your hair with it at the end of your wash day. It will bring the pH of your hair back down, close the cuticles and decrease breakage or shedding. 💖 I have recently subscribed to you and i love your videos i too just started a youtube journey and im at 99 subbies

ACV has a pH of 2 or 3 so add like 1or 2 table spoons to 8 ounces of water (pH of 7) that should bring the pH of the mixture down to 4 or 5 and it will seal your cuticles, i have high porosity hair which is prone to tangles and breakage and this has helped me retain length in the past few months, i also spray my scalp while in protective styling with acv water to clean my scalp❤

@@AuthenticallyAngieDenise When the lost natural hair girlies talk about needing a natural hair community, THIS is what we mean 🥹
Thank you for watching this video to the point of catching that detail and leaving a gold nugget. I need all the help I can get and I’m super grateful for the information you shared.
I feel like I’m starting over with figuring things out and my hair breaking/shedding is something I just haven’t been able to understand.
Acv to balance hair PH level is a gem and I wonder how many other lost girlies could use this tip.
I hope they find this comment and if not, I’ll add it into a video.
Like, what else don’t we know!?
      Welcome to the community 🤎🙏🏾

@Nadia_Cherie You are very welcome 🥰💖🤗💛 another tip is to use Aloe so I put store bought aloe in a spray bottle (bc I don't have time to make it at the moment lol) and spray my hair with it as the L in LCO so aloe has a pH of 4.5 so when u see videos of natural hair girlies saying aloe grew their hair they are telling THE TRUTH well it helps the scalp but it will close your cuticles and result in u retaining your length. Try it for a couple of months and see. 1. Acv water rinses
      2. Aloe leave-in then your cream and seal with oil.
      3. For hair growth use Clove water ON YOUR SCALP only not on your hair bc it's drying.
      4. Boil rosemary in a pot add cloves let it sit for a day then use it on ur scalp. My bald spot have filled in.
All the clove videos only are telling the truth they actually grow ur hair just use it on the scalp only bc it will make ur hair dry. I will make more videos on these topics as well bc I just started out. I hope this helps u 🤗
