- This video is about two Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X I recorded during various Time Attack Italia events in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The cars are modified by J-Spec Perf, a Japanese cars tuning shop and car builder in Switzerland.

Evo X #46 races in the Pro Street class and Evo X #9 races in the 4WD Clubsport class.

I can't wrap my head around people who think evo x looks bad. it has aged very well. Nice unique design, especially rear tail lights. it looks like 90s JDM. Nice straight lines

First of all. the tail lights is what makes the car look bad. the front end is good still. The main problem is when people think "evo" or "STi" they think of that sweet fuckin ride in the mid 2000's with the boxy look.
The front of the car looks good. But those damn tail lights..... it's too much of a departure from what they used to look like
I think a big issue is it still looks a lot like the base Lancer and there are tons of them, so they associate it with cheap econobox cars... which is what Rally really started as being centered around.
I remember watching this video when I was younger, like damn I want one. Now I’m sitting in mine and watching this again. 🙏🏾 God and time.

that would be amazing if they did. Lets hope if/when they do they'll keep and improve on the AWD system that Mitsu had put into it. The AWD system on the X is arguably the best AWD system out there.

I sat in a Final Edition and seeing how one of these perform on a track setting, it's VERY surprising how nimble it is. It looks like it could out handle a Honda hatch easily with almost twice the weight.

Unknown Artist if you live in the US you can find some bad ass machines. Just gotta seek out the people and mingle. Cars and coffee crowd usually isn't where you find the racers. However it's a decent start if you have no other options.

What exhaust is he using in his Evo X ? Anyone knows ?
hui qin There's 2 different evos in the video. I believe one of the cars has a tanabe medallion g blue exhaust and the other looks like a single exit exhaust by tomei.
It also looks like the video is sped up a bit which make the exhaust sound[s] different.

you need it specially made by bespoke exhaust makers they have no restrictions on noise for track and rally. plus its what else it has had done!! tons of money spent:)
