Every material in that house is top of the line. He aligned his house with the north star and the sun for solar. he did it in one of the most beautiful regions in America fairly close to NYC. He wrapped the house around a glacial boulder...To me its not about getting more creative... this house is a master's piece in design/building and material/location selection. 5:49 What the subtitles show as "indistinct" is actually the German "Passstück", more or less translates to something like "fitting" or "connection piece"
Great way to describe the connection between nature and the house!
