It doesn't do bit perfect because it plays at 32 bit. I don't even know why 32 bits exist in DACs if there's no music with that depth
The bit depth displayed on the BTR7 is the bit depth of the song transmission, which is different from that of the track. This is the best compatibility we chose when customizing the XMOS USB AUDIO driver. 32bit is compatible with both 32bit and 24bit. When playing a 24bit track, the 32bit displayed actually means the transmission mode of the USB driver, but does not mean that it is a 32bit file, and XMOS does not upsample the 24bit track.
Yes u can , ur your headphones must be have the Dolby Atmos certification ( Bluetooth) like Apple AirPods Max ,AirPods 3,AirPods Pro 1 and 2 and some Beats Wireless. If u use cable headphones u have set to permanently Dolby Atmos in the iPad os or iOS system. In both ways u need Apple Music .

It has very nice quality, but unfortunately it is not bit perfect automatic. fiio team, if you do something, do it right. If you had made this setting automatically instead of doing something ridiculous like uac1.0 and 2.0. Why is this fixed in 32 bit? The sound quality is incredibly good, but the software is ridiculous. The sample rate changes but the bitrate is always constant, so bit perfect cannot be achieved. For this we need to switch between uac 1.0 and 2.0. It's really ridiculous. We have to listen to CD quality songs in 1.0. Also, for 2.0 compatible songs, it does 32 bits instead of 24 bits.
