B - there is a BIG reason why these elevators are here, some of them are now maintained much better, however back then these elevators were awful, check closely on any of these elevators, their motor is bad, they are maintained terribly.

Another one in another apartment building was squeaking and rumbling all the time and had no inner door. The one in my current apartment are jumping it’s way up and down.

If any fault they will shut all elevator down in one whole building to order for a fix! Pretty good eh!
I haven't heard or seen anything wrong with this elevator. That being said it's impossible to hear or see anything with the horribly shaky camera work, and no external mic. Try again when you get some truly bad elevators, better gear, and better skills.
