@@mirfallin4uyeah but he still chose to not use a condom even tho she said she was on the pill which is wrong cause of stds, she was also 15 and he was nearly 18.

wait did frank know that man in the funeral or was he just drunk and sad

No he didn't know him. He was just sad about Bianca dying at the end of the last season (S5E12). We saw him grieve a lot in S6E1 so I think that's where the scene was supposed to be.
