That looked damn good. Liked the injection. Very very juicy. Literally pouring out. Fantastic job Jabin! (AND FOLKS - Postal Barbecue rubs are very very good)
Great video. Grills vary and thermometers vary but I've been spatchingcocking chickens at 350 F for an hour for about 15 years on a Big Green Egg and they always come great. Yours look great !
Delicious recipe 😋 Absolutely Mouthwatering 🤤 I definitely love your recipe and thanks for sharing this awesome video. Plz stay connected dear friend ❤
I love this method! Sometimes I inject it with chicken stock instead of butter or you can marinade it over night and use some of the marinade. I hate rubbery chicken skin. I like my skin crisper. So I rub butter or Olive oil on the chicken before I add my rub. Great job!
Thanks Jabin! - Another great cook. I have spagecocked chickens before, and totally love the way they turn out. I have 10 "meat birds" from my daughter's farm that are in the freezer now. - As soon as it warms up a bit more in Eastern Ontario I will be cooking them! I also love doing rotisserie in my gas grill. - Ever heard of a smoker with rotisserie? - That would be awesome!
yeah that sounds great! I know SNS Grills just put out a rotisserie for their kettle grill which I'm hoping to add to the channel.. Great way also to cook chickens.

Absolutely gorgeous birds Jabin ! Job done very well !
Thanks bud! This was a fantastic chicken - super juicy and tender.
Great cook! I like my skin extra crispy, so I salt and pepper it and leave in the fridge over night naked, this drys the skin nicely
That's a great way to do chicken as well for extra crispy skin.
@Postal Barbecue I like your channel so much
