This was such an enjoyable relaxed interview by Chris of Rick Braun. Also a great blend of musical talent. Loved it!!

I have a very fond memory of seeing Rick Braun at the Hollywood Bowl, about 1998! Good job Chris! Keep at it! How would you like to live next door to either of these guys!?

Rick has a nice voice. I saw him like 3 times live the best show was on Catalina Island he had the RVSP CD out it was fantastic!! Chris played there a week before or later.

24:06 A nice concise articulation of something I've often struggled to come up with the right words to properly express...
i.e. getting any listener to feel music intensely is more about emotional content and less about technical wizardry, even though the latter is never a bad thing per se.
PS: Rick is my favorite trumpet player, in my mind second only to Chet Baker!

'Cadillac Slim' was on the 'Beat Street' CD, not 'Full Stride" but he can't be expected to recall all details- Love RB
