I have been doing the techniques that Michael teaches and I am doing really awesome every day all day. I can watch the thoughts and emotions come and go and sometimes I have to chew on them for a few minutes, and then, the cloud moves and the Sun is shining and my heart is open. ❤️
There are never adverts during the listen for those who can not afford premium YT. Very grateful and to my mind no other channel does this. Peace and Love+
