you forgot to put the bracket back on that goes just below the tail light assembly
@@TyroneLCopelandJr I doubt you would need it anyway. Those 4 bolts will hold that assembly just fine
You’re supposed to transfer that bracket to the new assembly. That bracket has spots for the bumper to clip into. He was able to get his bumper to still line up fine, but you really should transfer the bracket
You forgot to put the support brackets under the taillights back on.

So is that bracket that sits under the tail lights with those 2 10mm bolts hiding under the bumper something you can transfer over to new lights or did the new lights just not have holes to mount it
When you took the tail lights out. That bracket go back on the new lights. You did good. Just remember wat you take off.
I think I put it back on. I probably forgot to edit it in which is not good. Thank you for the advice, I appreciate it bro.

The main reason for removing the bumper is to get at the two 10mm bolts under the tail light where the support bracket is. I noticed though that the replacement lights didn't have the bracket attached so unless he attached it off camera you'll never have to remove the bumper again to get the light out.
if you are just replacing one of the assemblies, you only need to remove 1/2 of the bumper on that side. In fact it's easier if you leave the other side of the bumper connected

You forgot to take the bracket off the old lights. You just put four screws back holding nothing.

The two bolts you took off ,from under the lights. If you still have the old ones. Look on the bottom of it. That bracket holds the lights in place. I just did my daughter's 2010 honda accord lights.
bro you're making this look so much harder than it should be. I'm a female so I got on here to double check that I was doing it right but you can't just say losing your millimeter thing. no one's going to know what your millimeter thing is are you talking about the screw the socket? and I don't understand why you have to take the whole bumper off to get in your trunk. and if I'm wrong please forgive me but don't you got to be more detailed in what you're doing you need to name parts you need to tell me what I'm looking for.

@@krystalkiehl6110 you have no choice to take the bumper off in this model if it’s the assembly… I’m not changing a light bulb, I changed the whole assembly.
