I’ve never had problems with Mel’s world. It’s one of my favorite scenarios on RCTC. I always build a park that can rival Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio.
One simple early step I'd take is fixing the abysmal path layout. Linking the left and right halves of the park at the back (connecting the exit path of Quiver to near the entrance to Flightmare) does a world of good. I'd also use block brakes and a split entry/exit station on Quiver as bobsleigh coasters are liable to crash.
