    Aight Fau, I'ma say it. Stop beating yourself up for not doing what you think you should be doing. These video check-in's are for no one other than yourself. It's OKAY to not be where you think ya need to be, that's the whole journey part. I think loving yourself is so important, but you gotta realize that you can love yourself and change yourself at the same time. That's totally a thing. And the bit about accountability, that comes from within dude. You don't have to be accountable to anyone on social media, just start with yourself. If you're really being honest with yourself, which I can tell you are, you'll focus on you and your environment. These are the things you can control to reach your goals. I was in the same cycle last year and it wasn't until I really confronted myself and my shitty habits and the environment I was putting myself in did I really start to see small but measurable changes. Also consider that maybe the main issue isn't your weight, and that your weight could simply be a by-product of something deeper in your life that you should be working on (i.e. your relationship with yourself, other people, your job, your home life, your family, etc). It's so easy to target the after-effect of a problem than to tackle a problem head on (lol like putting a bandaid/using medicine to fix a symptom instead of the main cause). Our bodies react to stress/disorder in our lives, yes even by weight gain/prevention of weight loss. Maybe the issue isn't solely your body. Could be something else. Pushin' ya to find just what that is. Miss ya love ya, hang out winter break. YOU GOT THIS OKAY JUST FREAKIN' BELIEVE AND DON'T DOUBT URSELF. Here for ya.

    I get you! I joined a weight training class at my local community college, which grants me access to the school's gym 4 days a week. Class started back in September, and have I visited the gym 4 times a week for the past 2 months? Nope! I still weigh the same as I did then! However, I like that you said there's always a chance to start over. I think you're very resilient to have that attitude. And, oh, yeah, I'm having a hard time with eating out, too. My current crisis is McDonald's Happy Meals - the Sanrio toys are so cute that I want to collect them all!

    It is hard but I believe in us because you making the first step talking it out .we go against ourselves and make the journey harder then what it should be come by my chancel and we going to work it out .I'm giving you a thumbs up because I believe you can do it

    I find it easier to keep motivation when I have visual reminders of what I want to achieve. Goal clothes hanging on wall, a calendar where I put a sticker on days I workout, writing in a journal each night before bed about how I did that day, tracking what I'm eating, having an official weigh in day with weight measurements & body shots!     I'm right there with you, I have all the tools but I'm just not committing to the process. I'm going to try tapping (EFT) to see if that will help me get my head in the game.

    Boiiii you gotta set a schedule and get on a good routine. That has helped me so much and the hardest part is eating clean. But gurlllll you can do it and the longer you do it the easier it will become :)

    Keep your head up! It's a marathon, not a sprint, take it one day at a time. I think diet is the most important aspect, so forget about the gym until you get that part down. I think start by cooking 100% of your meals at home. Obviously once in awhile is ok, but it's when you find yourself doing it everyday that it becomes a problem. Plan out your meals for a week and shop for only the ingredients you need. Anyway, stay positive! You can do this :)

    It's ok luv. You knw what you have to do and to got the tools to do it. Don't wait for the right moment or the best time or the best feelings of motivation to do it. Frankly, it doesn't happen that way. It's not like we fit freaks wake up eager to jump out of a warm cozy bed to kick our butts ....we just do it, and then feel and see the benefits after💛💙. Just START somewhere. 5mins a day would do good, and then you will slowly start to arrange eating habits and life more around being healthy just w FIVE MINS a day💙💙

    So, I have to ask you. How bad do you want it? Sometimes we have to really ask ourself. Are you scared to lose weight? I know I am.. which is a crazy thing to say! You can eat out and still enjoy life while losing weight. We both fell off a bit on our weight loss. That’s ok, remember this is a journey, not a race. The first step to getting back on track was admitting what you haven’t been doing! We got this!! We can do it, I believe in you!

    Do intermittent fasting.....you will LOSE WEIGHT SO QUICKLY ur head will spin. You dont have to "love urself" right now..... u hate urself n losing weight is ur goal.....to loving urself.
    Stop lying to urself....urngonna pig out thanksgiving. The first step to losing weight is being HONEST with urself......
    Start slow....why not start drinking water instead of soda. Give it up completely....pray to god n tell him to help u... giving up soda completely can make a 10pd weightloss difference.

    You said it bro, excuses! I’ll be honest I’m going through the same thing. But like you said again we have a tools and will power to get back at it.
    Slap yourself a bit or tell your roommates to do it ;) and head out to the gym tomorrow.
