The format of this one was excellent and I loved the short break between each exercise this time to move into position, and the next move prompt.. 👏👏 I would love another inner thigh workout as I’ve done yours for the past 3 months, 4 times a week, and I’ve seen amazing results. When I started doing some of your workouts I remember laughing at myself cuz I was so out of shape and thinking how simple it would be for me. That was after a couple babies. And of course this one burns and is challenging just like the others. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

Aww thank you for your sweet comment! Of course the workouts are great use of your time! All my workouts are super effective for women no matter if they had kids or not. I am currently living in San Diego and I film most of my videos at home :).
She has a 5 minute warmup on her channel 🙂 I always do a warmup, then 3 different exercises and then her cool down video. Warming up/stretching before any workout helps loosen up the muscles so I would recommend. Hope that helps! ❤

Hi Sally.. your all workouts are great. But I don’t understand should I warm up before doing your all workouts? Even if it’s for 10 mints .
