    I love your 10 minute workouts. This is a killer! I still have to keep going so I don't have to stop, although I have only done it twice so far. It will be a regular along with your arms, and 3 of your standing abs workouts. You're great! Please keep them coming 😊

    I really enjoyed this! Always enjoy your 10 min workouts and then grouping a few together to work multiple areas. These are such a great compliment to your Build and Burn program!

    Another great workout Sally. The format of this one was excellent and I loved the short break between each exercise this time to move into position, and the next move prompt.. 👏👏 I would love another inner thigh workout as I’ve done yours for the past 3 months, 4 times a week, and I’ve seen amazing results.     When I started doing some of your workouts I remember laughing at myself cuz I was so out of shape and thinking how simple it would be for me. That was after a couple babies. And of course this one burns and is challenging just like the others. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

    Sally this workout is exactly what I need! But really hard to persevere all the excercises, hopefully this gets better during time :-) Combining it with your thigh slimming workout is a good idea I think? Thank you and all the best!

    Sally, Hi!!, I stumbled on your channe I'm doing your workouts daily. Although I'm not a new mother, my daughters are 20.
    Do you still think these workouts are a good use of my exercise time? I also love your meal plan, but I'm not in your " niche"

      Aww thank you for your sweet comment! Of course the workouts are great use of your time! All my workouts are super effective for women no matter if they had kids or not. I am currently living in San Diego and I film most of my videos at home :).

    Hi Sally.. your all workouts are great. But I don’t understand should I warm up before doing your all workouts? Even if it’s for 10 mints .

      She has a 5 minute warmup on her channel 🙂 I always do a warmup, then 3 different exercises and then her cool down video. Warming up/stretching before any workout helps loosen up the muscles so I would recommend. Hope that helps! ❤
