I think it's because most people in India are not exposed/educated to this and do not value the importance of natural light, open spaces, etc- their use, beauty and benefits. Most people are concerned with the ROI of their budget and how good others tell them about their house. Sad state of affairs but reality.

Everything of the house is nothing very fancy or out of the box, but they are put so well it feels way more than anything beautiful, and elegant . Its very surreal, Perfect I'd say!
not true unfortunately, the look and the finish costs a lot. The kitchen drawers for example are not laminate or acrylic, the wooden furniture and wardrobes and the end to end curtains, and most importantly gigantic rooms. Everything is crazy expensive, but elegantly done

It has flash ceiling I guess. A flat one. Or else ud have to have tube lights and not celing lights
