- Designer Sunita Yogesh’s 1,650-square-foot home is a soothing white three-bedroom blessed with windows on the east- and west-facing sides which are further supplemented by Yogesh’s own modern-traditional, pared-back aesthetic. Connecting with the space at an entirely organic level and letting it dictate her aesthetic, feeling her way through the rooms and arriving at a design that worked instinctively is how the space came into being. The layout was worked around a bit to ensure a fluid transition of space, with the builder-made kitchen-cum-laundry-room converted into a big kitchen. The sense of seamlessness from one room to the other is further enhanced with the grey flooring that anchors the white-walled framework, one that Yogesh consciously opts for in most of her projects.
Unexpected colour splash strategically onto a neutral framework, a crisp and clean aesthetic, bright daylight lighting up the home and a cluster of trees outside the windows-this is the kind of space that makes coming home feel like being cocooned in comfort.

Such a beautiful home. Nowadays most of the modern homes feel like a hotel. This was such a refreshing change. This looked so homely and bright.
One of the most beautiful designs and interior I have seen so far. 😍 😍😍. Love the simplicity and elegance, especially the colour contrast and the unfinished pottery.
Love the warm minimalist design with great storage incorporated everywhere. Colours are neutral yet calming.... sage was a great sofa choice and spaces benefit from tons of natural light!

This home is gorgeous. I had to pause several times to look at each room
It is such a large apartment it is hard for me to apply to my future home which will only be a little over 50 square meters, but I do love the coffee table and green sofa. They make good use of the space and it looks very relaxing.
Great ideas all around, like using whites, contrasting them with solid bright colors, opening up the space to let light in, maximizing storage without intruding on the floor space, having rooms be multi functional instead of having a fixed floor plan, using multiple textures to lend character to the home in a subtle way, etc. I personally would keep even fewer showpiece items or furniture that doesn't help with storage to maximize space and have less clutter to clean up. I would also be wary of the higher costs associated with custom furniture and additional interior decoration over the basic furniture.
I love this channel coz gives a sleek insight into different homes in their individual elements never failing to capture the essence rather than just the look on display
It is impossible to possess as many homes with varied feels

A dull drab home but very calming
After seeing this video . I booked with Asian paints interior design. Two months passed nothing moving from design phase. Now I reduced the scope for them to do only kitchen and study room but still the project is not moving ahead. Having horrible experience so for. You ask them laminate catalog it will take 10 day . You ask them to increase the cupboard size they will take another 10 days to come with quote and miss them in 2D design. For all these you need to make repeated call to them to move little things. If some from Asian paint management see this please ask the chennai team to work with involvement and keep customers engaged. Seeing lack of leadership and the involvement

Why are you editing your videos this way? I can’t even have a good look at the accents and the details of the home properly. This is not a music video. Beautiful home, but to see the beautiful details, you’ll have to pause the video every single time.
We are still in the middle of our interior with Asian paints, worst professionalism I have ever seen. They give false timeline and takes forever to respond to a single message or call. The team members kept on changing from the beginning. Not sure whether they changed team after the budget. No proper transitions within the team. If we ask for a small change in design they Can take 2-3 weeks to send the updated design, yafter following up continuously. In initial design they did not consider the plumbing points and extra spaces. Don’t get fooled by the brand name. Their quality might be good but service is worst. If you get Nida or Soumya as your designer please do not go forward
