Martins is a washed up bag licker, he’s only happy lickin bag and he will never win anything again, not even 2nd place in a beauty contest
In comparison to some other strongmen, this guy eats very healthy
@Jack Frost also because the other strongmen sometimes weigh more than him and its hard to eat high calories of healthy food. Also it's a budget thing, not all strongman can afford to eat healthy food everyday it costs a lot of money compared to cheap high calorie fast food
I agree,
I often times feel like he looks more athletic than the other top WSM guys too. Just see him standing next to Martins during WSM competition or imagining him standing next to Eddie Hall during his WSM title run. Even now Eddie has abs but he still has the physique of a refrigerator.
To me even though Mateusz is massive and strong, he looks like he could go out and have a normal job or wear normally proportioned clothing (just in larger sizes). I am no expert, but I am thinking the healthy diet must surely play a part in that.

I think Brian wins it this year. But from 2021 to 2026 I can see him winning all of those in a row. I think once he gets close to 30 is dead lift will be on point and once that happens he’s pretty much unstoppable.

Bardzo mało wiesz o polskim sporcie. Było kilka lat o wiele z wiekszymi sukcesami na arenie miedzynarodowej.

If they are on a crap ton roids, HGH, and insulin, eat a crap ton in order to build and maintain the muscle, the organs are bound to be enlarged. Then many avoid cardio, and are out of breath from intense posing for an extended period.

Heavy Weight Champion and overall Winner with a slim waste and abs and i HATED the strict dieting always, so i know the WHOLE 9 YARDS on both ends as Bodybuilding and Strongman ; LOL ;-) ;-) you got me there ;-) LOL

Yes, they married back in May I believe, I think Rauno Heinla was Mateusz's best man (they're good friends). The wife is the beautiful brunette you often see in WSM videos when Mateusz competes.

This guy shows you don’t have to be extremely big to be strong. He’s bigger then the average human I know but compared to Thor and Brian and other strong men he’s average size but damn he’s strong!! Future worlds strongest man for sure. You heard it here the next wsm is this guy.
He IS extremely big tho lol. 6'5 and 331 pounds. He is gigantic, it's just that Shaw and Thor are real giants.

I think I see how you maintain a leaner physique than other strongmen based on the "day of eating" vids I see. Your eating is like your training, smart and all business (including the donuts... yum), not to pack on loads of mass but to fuel your workouts and recovery.

Mam prośbę,gdybyś mógł zrobić odcinek w ktorym opowiadasz o swoich kontuzjach operacjach i po jakim czasie dochodziłeś do tego by moc dalej dzwigać.Nie wiem jak dla reszty,ale mnie no ciekawi jak takie ooeracje wpływają na rozwój dalszych treningow itp.
